Description
Velora Nightstand settles at the head of the bed with its cream lacquer body and two-drawer layout. The wavy embossed pattern on the drawer fronts looks hand-worked against the plain surfaces around it. The glossy top is a different tone from the body, a greenish grey; the shift between the two colours makes the piece read as two layers. A vertical gold handle in the middle ties the two drawers into one line. The body rests on a gold-toned plinth and rises a few centimetres above the rug. It is the bedside piece of the bedroom set built around the wide-winged storage bed, and it is made in İnegöl.
