The living room is the part of the home where the most time is spent and the most guests are received. The Selishome living room collection consists of sofa sets, corner sets, armchairs, sofa modules, coffee and nest tables, and pouffes. The products are made in İnegöl.

Sofa set or corner set?
A corner set usually gives the same seating capacity in less space and makes full use of one corner of the room; it is an advantage in small and medium rooms. A sofa set, because its pieces can be carried separately, lets you change the layout later and looks more balanced in symmetrical rooms. When deciding, look at where the doors and windows are: a corner set may not be the right choice if one of its arms would block the front of a window.

Choosing by room size
The three-seaters in our catalogue are 234-264 cm, the corner modules 110-118 cm and the armed modules 114-132 cm wide. Measure the clear length of the living room wall and compare it with these figures, leaving 10-15 cm at each end. Because the sofa depth is mostly 105-107 cm, allow at least 60-70 cm in front of the sofa for passage.

Practical dimensions for the layout
- Between the sofa and the coffee table: 40-45 cm
- Between the sofa and the television: 2-3 metres for a 55-inch screen, 2.5-3.5 metres for a 65-inch
- Width of the walkway: at least 70 cm
- In front of an armchair: at least 60 cm

Carrying and installation
A three-seater will not fit most apartment lifts. We recommend checking the door width, the stair landing and, if there is one, the lift car size before ordering. Because modular sets are carried piece by piece, they are easier to get into homes with narrow entrances.

Choosing the fabric
If there are children or pets at home, fabrics with a wipeable surface wear less in daily use. Light colours make the room feel airy but tend to show stains; dark colours show dust more. Fabric details and, where available, colour options are stated on the product pages.

Where are the dimensions written?
On every product page, the "Product Dimensions" section lists the width, depth and height of each piece in the set. Giving a single dimension for a whole set would be misleading, because the layout changes the total length.
