1. General

All users who visit, register on or shop at the Selishome.com website are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, you should stop using the site.

These terms govern the relationship between Selis Koltuk Mobilya İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (hereinafter "Selishome") and the user. Selishome reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice; updates take effect the moment they are published on the site.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights in all content, images, logos, designs, text, software and other materials on the site belong to Selishome or the relevant rights holders and are protected under the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and related legislation.

Without prior written permission, this content may not:

be copied, reproduced or distributed,
be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes,
be altered or used to create derivative works.

Where unauthorised use is identified, we reserve the right to take legal action.

3. User Obligations

In using the site, the user agrees to observe the following rules:

to act in accordance with applicable Turkish law and international legislation,
not to give untrue, misleading or incomplete information,
not to take any action that would damage the site's infrastructure, place excessive load on it or disrupt its operation,
not to attempt unauthorised access to other people's personal data or accounts,
not to send spam, viruses, harmful code or unauthorised advertising content.

Users acting contrary to these rules may have their membership terminated and legal proceedings may be started.

4. Changes to Prices, Products and Promotions

Selishome reserves the right to change product prices, promotions, product specifications and stock status on the site without prior notice.

Where an incorrect price or product detail results from a system error, technical fault or data entry mistake:

the order may be cancelled by us,
the customer is informed immediately and the payment is refunded in full,
no obligation arises for us to deliver at the incorrect price.

5. Purchase and Contract

For purchases made through the site, the provisions of the Distance Sales Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form approved by the user at checkout apply. These documents are sent by e-mail once the order is complete.

6. Limitation of Liability

Selishome accepts no liability in the following cases:

losses arising from the user's incorrect use of the site or use outside its purpose,
content or security problems arising from links to third-party websites,
service interruptions caused by force majeure, natural disaster, cyber attack or internet infrastructure,
technical problems relating to the user's own device.

7. Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. Those sites are not under Selishome's control; Selishome accepts no responsibility for their content or privacy policies.

8. Protection of Personal Data

Users' personal data is processed under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. For details, please see the Personal Data Protection Notice.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Turkish law. For disputes arising from consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the consumer's place of residence or where the transaction took place have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade. For disputes with users who are not consumers, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of İnegöl have jurisdiction.
