Description
Luna Sideboard is a two-piece console set for a hallway or living room, with a dark wooden top and a travertine-textured stone block; the sideboard and mirror come together. The long top with rounded ends sits on two different supports: a slim timber panel leg on one side, a solid travertine mass on the other. A slim metal plinth joins them underneath and lifts the mass a few centimetres off the floor. This meeting of opposing materials leaves a sculptural effect even on a narrow wall; the console reads almost as a decorative object. The mirror has softened corners and a slim metal profile frame. The horizontal timber band running across its middle is in the same tone as the top, dividing the mirror in two and lifting it out of the ordinary hallway-mirror category. The upper surface is wide enough for keys, a vase and a frame; the space beneath takes a bag, a woven basket or a shoe box. It can be paired with the consoles, tables and bookcases from the same series. Made to order in İnegöl.
