Prada Sofa Set

Description

Prada Sofa Set is a generous seating group made up of two three-seater sofas and an armchair. The buttoned cushions on the armrests sit on a solid timber batten; the gap between cushion and batten softens the armrest without making it look heavy. Contrast stitching is used throughout the upholstery. On the navy fabric the thread is cream, on the cream fabric it is a darker tone, breaking the surface into fine lines — a small detail that gives a plain-coloured body the feel of hand work. The three-seaters have a wide seat with upright, supportive backs; the low profile and tapered wooden legs leave the room feeling light. The armchair stands apart with its wing back. The wings that open to the sides support your head as well, and the lumbar cushion comes separately; put it by a window and it becomes a reading chair in its own right. A side table with a wooden top that hooks over the arm, a footrest module and made-to-measure options are available on request; the table hangs from the seat on its metal leg, keeping coffee and a book within arm's reach.
