Description
Rams TV Unit Lower Block builds a wide TV wall with its long, low body. The handleless drawers open to their full length; media devices, remotes and tangles of cable stay behind the front, and the area under the television never looks untidy. The front surface is matt cream lacquer. At one end there is a travertine-textured panel that enters the body on an angled cut rather than a straight line; that small detail stops the long, flat mass looking monotonous. With no handles, the front runs as one unbroken line. Slim gold-coloured metal legs carry the unit up off the floor. The gap underneath gives a way through for both a vacuum and a robot cleaner, and makes a mass that could look heavy appear to float. Used with the Rams upper block and coffee table, the TV wall looks as though it came from one hand; on its own it also works as a console in a hallway or dining area. Made to order in İnegöl.
