Turkish Bedroom Sets: What's Included, Standard Sizes and How to Order One to Europe

The wardrobe is normally chosen separately, in modules, to fit your wall. The most common bed size is 160 × 200 cm. Why the storage bed is standard

In most European stores, a storage bed is an option you pay extra for. In Türkiye it is simply how beds are built. The mattress platform lifts on gas struts, and the whole footprint of the bed becomes a storage box for duvets, winter clothes and suitcases. Sizes: what to measure before you order

Mattress size. 160 × 200 cm is the standard double in our range and in much of continental Europe, so standard European mattresses and bedding fit. Several models also come in 180 × 200. If you are unsure between 150 and 160 cm, see double bed sizes.

The bed's outer size is much bigger than the mattress. This is the number that surprises people. Upholstered Turkish headboards are wide and tall, and the frame adds depth. From our product pages:

So a "160 bed" can need anything from 2 to more than 3 metres of wall. Measure the wall behind the bed, then leave room for the bedside tables on each side.

Wardrobes. Wardrobes are sold as modules (single, two-door, three-door, corner) that you combine to fit the wall. Depth is usually 62–68 cm and height about 215–226 cm. For example, Electra wardrobes are 62 cm deep and 218 cm high, in 42, 99 and 128 cm widths. Check your ceiling height, and remember that sloping ceilings and skirting heaters take space. Materials and finishes

Turkish bedroom sets today lean towards cream, beige and walnut tones, upholstered headboards and stone-look or glass details. Delivery. For Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria and Switzerland, door delivery is included in the price; the product page shows how much of the price is the delivery share. Bulgaria is 80 € per m³, also included. For other European countries delivery is estimated at about 200 € per m³ and confirmed after your order. We do not deliver to the UK. Customs and VAT. Our logistics partner handles the customs clearance and the import VAT of your country, so nothing is due at the door.

Time. Our Granada, Massimo and Velora bedroom sets are in stock — no production wait, only preparation and about 1 week of delivery to your door. Other bedroom sets are made to order in İnegöl: about 3 weeks of production and about 1 week of delivery. We confirm your date in writing when you order.

Assembly. A bedroom set is the most involved piece of furniture to put together, far more than a sofa set, which needs no assembly at all. Please talk to us before ordering about how assembly will work at your address.

Changing the set. On most product pages you can change the set contents, for example adding wardrobe modules or choosing a different bed size. Changes can affect the delivery time, and the page tells you when they do.

Minimum order. For addresses outside Türkiye, the product total must be at least 80,000 ₺.
