All three stores are open seven days a week, except on the first days of the religious holidays; opening hours vary by store. Current addresses and phone numbers are on the contact page.
How do ordering, delivery and installation work?
- Lead times: about 2 weeks for small/stock items, about 6-7 weeks for made-to-order production, about 8 weeks for bespoke production. The exact delivery date is confirmed in your order confirmation.
- Shipping and installation: within Türkiye, shipping is on us for orders of 80,000 ₺ and above; below that, the shipping charge is shown at order confirmation according to the delivery city. Installation is free on every order.
- Carrying up floors: in buildings without a lift, items are carried up to the 3rd floor if the staircase allows.
- Installation: carried out by appointment by our authorised team.
- Warranty: unless stated otherwise, furniture is covered by a 2-year warranty from the invoice date, covering defects in material and workmanship arising from manufacture.

Do you deliver everywhere in Türkiye?
We deliver across Türkiye. We also deliver to Europe: to Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria and Switzerland door-to-door delivery is included in the price, and for other European countries the estimated delivery cost is about 200 € per m³. We do not deliver to the United Kingdom.
How long is the warranty?
