Data Deletion Request

You may request the deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how to submit your request and how the process works.

Please include

So that we can verify the data really belongs to you, we need:

Your full name
The phone number and/or e-mail address you shared with us
Your order number, if any
The scope of the data you want deleted (all my records / only my marketing consents / only my messaging history, for example)

What happens next

When we receive your request, we verify your identity.
Your request is completed within 30 days at the latest, then we inform you in writing.
Once deletion is complete, the relevant records are permanently removed from our systems or irreversibly anonymised.

Exceptions

Records we are legally required to keep — primarily invoices and accounting records — are retained for the period required by applicable legislation and used for that purpose only. If you have an ongoing order, warranty or after-sales process, the minimum data required is kept until that process is completed. We will tell you explicitly which records fall under this exception.

Social media and messaging channels

This also covers data arising from conversations with us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook. Upon your request, your records on these channels are removed from our systems.
